Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of registration cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the following schedule:

  • Till 31st August: 70% refund of the registration fee.
  • From 1st September to 31st October: 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • 1st November onwards: No refund will be provided.
  • Kindly note: The refund amount will be processed within 30 days after the conference ends.

For refund and cancellation requests, kindly email from your registered email ID to iacmcon2025.chd@gmail.com with your payment details and invoice/receipt to facilitate processing.

The subject line should mention: “Cancellation and Refund Request”.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
